Why will ppl get penalized for smth?

I know it’s not fair. One can be penalized for smth dat they din do or smth dat they din say. However, “There’s soo many ‘unfairs’ in this real world dat we live in”.

So wad is considered being penalized? It can be cos u’re leader of a team & ur team din perform up to e stds of ur tr. Dis wld be seen as e team leader’s inability to lead etc. thus, penalizing the team leader. Wad abt penalizing a ho team? When ur tr is disappointed in a team’s understanding or work done for e day, ur tr might jus penalized e ho team! However, it is unknown to wad extent it is! Can members of dis particular team haf different grades? Thr cld be. But 4 out of 5 members wld get e same grade [jus a Pass for e day].
